About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Assistant Manager to oversee cleaning operations within a hospital environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising daily operations, ensuring service quality, tracking incidents, and reporting findings to maintain high operational standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee day-to-day hospital cleaning services to ensure smooth operations.

• Supervise frontline teams, ensuring compliance with company policies, hospital regulations, and health & safety standards.
管理前線團隊,確保遵守公司政策、醫院規範及健康與安全標準。
• Conduct regular inspections to identify areas for improvement and maintain service excellence.
定期進行檢查,找出可改進的地方,並維持良好的服務品質。
• Monitor incident reports and implement corrective actions to enhance safety and efficiency.
監控事故報告並執行改善措施,以提升安全性和工作效率。
• Coordinate with hospital staff and stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
與醫院工作人員及相關持份者協調合作,確保服務順利進行。
• Prepare and present comprehensive reports for management, detailing operational performance, encountered challenges, and recommendations for improvement.
編製並向管理層提交詳細報告,說明運作表現、挑戰及改進建議。
Job Requirements:
1. Educational Requirements:
• Diploma or above.
持有大專或以上學歷。
• Proficiency in both Mandarin and English.
具備流利的普通話及英語能力。
2. Work Experience:
• A minimum of 5 years of relevant experience in hospital facilities management, cleaning operations, or a related field, OR at least 1 year of managerial experience in a related field.
至少 5 年醫院設施管理、清潔作業或相關領域的工作經驗,或至少 1 年相關領域的管理經驗。
3. Skill Requirements:
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
具備優秀的領導能力及團隊管理技巧。
• Experience in operations and service management is a plus.
具備運作和服務管理經驗者優先考慮。
• Strong problem-solving and organizational abilities.
擁有出色的問題解決能力及組織能力。
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and time management skills

• Strong communication and reporting skills, both verbal and written.
