Job Duties:
- To assist in preparing and drafting the booking related documents for the public as well as integrate and prepare the booking operation guidelines and instructions for internal training
- To assist in enhancing and testing the online booking system
- To assist the preparation of the public hirers’ briefing event as well as assist in answering the booking enquires from the public
- To perform any other duties assigned by senior officers
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree major in Cultural Studies/ Communications/ Event Management or related area
- Both Chinese & English (DSE Lv.5 or CRE Lv.2) or equivalent
- At least 3 years of experience in project planning / performing arts / entertainment business / facility and venue management or related area
- Proficiency in Chinese input and MS office
- Good communication and a good team player
- Immediately available highly prefer
