Job Responsibilities:
1. Handle customer inquiries with a professional and customer-centric approach, ensuring prompt and accurate resolution of their concerns

2.Coordinate and support between external customers and internal technical colleagues to meet the turnaround time of testing project and all related events

3.Manage the relationship with existing customers

Job Requirements:
-Good in spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese and Mandarin)
