Responsibilities :
- Planning and implementing event plans and concepts according to overall strategy
- Handling budgeting and invoicing
- Liaising and negotiating with vendors
- Negotiating sponsorship deals
- Handling logistics
- Monitoring time frame and budget
- Developing feedbacks and post event reports
Requirements :
- University degree holder, preferably in Stage / Production Management, Project Management, Performing Arts, Communications, Marketing, PR or related disciplines
- Minimum 5 years' relevant experience and working in Stage Management and/or Production Management is preferred
- Experience in handling brand advertising and stage event management
- Highly organized and attention to details
- A good storyteller with excellent communication and language skills
- Be able to communicate fluently in Cantonese and English (both spoken & written)
