Key Responsibilities
- Effectively manage and follow through on all reservation inquiries
- Maintain accurate reservation records and manage the guest database
- Handle incoming calls promptly and professionally
Requirements
- Diploma or higher in Hospitality Management or related fields
- Polite, service-oriented, and customer-focused
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient in both spoken and written English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua)
- Candidates with more experience may be considered for the Senior Reservations Agent role
- Open to fresh university graduates
