About Us

We are a growing digital transformation provider based in Hong Kong, specialising in AI integration software. Our mission is to help businesses—especially engineering firms—streamline workflows, boost productivity, and unlock deeper value from their data.

As we expand, we’re looking for a IT Sales Associate to help us reach more clients and showcase how our smart solutions can make a real difference.


What You’ll Do

Prepare Sales Materials: Develop and maintain compelling sales decks, brochures, and client-specific pitches.

Hunt for Opportunities: Identify and engage potential clients—mainly engineering firms—who can benefit from digital transformation.

Showcase Solutions: Present our AI-powered tools and services in a practical, value-driven way that resonates with client challenges.

Manage the Sales Flow: Lead the full sales cycle—from initial outreach to closing deals—ensuring a smooth and professional client experience.

Collaborate: Work closely with our technical and delivery teams to ensure solutions align with client needs.

Share Market Insights: Provide regular feedback on industry trends and client challenges to help refine our offerings.


Who We’re Looking For

Experience: Proven track record in IT solution sales, preferably in digital transformation or selling to engineering firms.

Strong Communicator: Able to translate technical ideas into business value for non-technical audiences.

Independent Closer: Comfortable working in flexible environment or commission-based, with a history of successfully closing deals.

Professional Presence: Polished, trustworthy, and confident in client-facing roles.

Willing to Travel: Occasional in-person meetings at client sites and our offices (Kwun Tong / Lai Chi Kok) as needed.

Hong Kong-based: This role requires you to be based in Hong Kong.
