* 處理香港及海外公司的公司秘書工作,包括公司設立、保存法定紀錄、年度維護及變更登記資料等;
* 與內部團隊(如審計及會計)協調, 輔助公司秘書、審計、稅務及會計相關事務;
* 協助客戶辦理銀行開戶、強積金戶口操作等事宜;
* 負責文件整理與歸檔;
資歷:
* 大專或以上學歷,歡迎應屆畢業生應徵;
* 具備良好的粵語(主要工作語言)、普通話及英文能力;
* 熟悉電腦操作,精通Microsoft Office及中文打字。

Job Responsibilities
* Handle company secretarial work for Hong Kong and overseas companies, including incorporation, maintenance of statutory records, annual compliance, and changes in company registration details.
* Coordinate with internal teams (e.g., audit and accounting) to assist company secretarial, audit, tax, and accounting-related matters.
* Assist clients with bank account openings, MPF (Mandatory Provident Fund) account operations, and other related tasks.
* Organize and maintain proper documentation and filing.
Requirements
* Diploma or above; fresh graduates are welcome.
* Proficiency in Cantonese (primary working language), Mandarin, and English.
* Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Chinese typing.
