We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Part-Time Telesales Executive to join our team! If you have a passion for sales, strong communication skills, and a drive to meet targets, this role is perfect for you. As a Telesales Executive, you'll play a key role in building relationships with potential customers, promoting our products/services, and contributing to the growth of our business.
What You Will Deliver
- Promote and sell GoGoXEnergy products and services to customers (Corporate & Individual) and achieve business target as assigned
- Make warm/cold calls to existing and potential customers
- Deliver professional customer service through handling Inbound and Outbound calls
- Developing in-depth knowledge of customer products and services to make suitable recommendations based on customers' needs and preferences
- Assist in any ad hoc tasks assigned by Managers
Who You Are
- At least 2 years' call center experience or Telesales related experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Chinese word processing
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Customer service oriented, a good team player with good communication skills and a strong sense of responsibilities
- Excellent telephone manners and handling skills
Working Hours
- 2-5 days in between Monday and Saturday
- 4-8 hours in between 9 am and 6 pm

工作要求:
具最少2年電話推廣經驗, 曾於有關行業工作優先考慮
責任感、守時、積極主動、具備團隊合作精神
待人熱誠有禮，具備達標毅力、良好人際溝通及客戶服務技巧
懂基本電腦操作及中英文打字
需操流利廣東話及具備中英文書寫能力
工作時間:
每週工作 2-5 天 (週一至週六之間)
每天工作 4-8 小時 (上午 9 點至下午 6 點之間)
