RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for assisting front office operations and maintaining good relationship with the guests
- Handle check in / out procedures in the reception counters for the guests
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisors
REQUIREMENTS:
- Diploma Holder in Hotel Management or related discipline
- 1 - 2 years’ relevant experience in hospitality industry
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command in both spoken and written English and Chinese (Including Cantonese and Mandarin)
- Shift duty is required
- Immediate available is highly preferred
- Candidates with less experience will be considered as Guest Relations Officer
