What You will be Doing
- Follow up on purchase requisition, purchase order request and monitor delivery schedule to ensure delivery time
- Communicate with different vendors on delivery time & logistics
- Provide inventory analysis for management
- Make sure product deadline and technical requirements are met before shipping
- Responsible for developing long term relationships with vendors/suppliers through daily communication
- Analyse supply chain efficiency, such as work flow, lead time, logistics
- Responsible for proposing improvements to improve supply chain efficiency
- Perform ad-hoc assignments/projects as and required
- Responsible for prepare daily inventory and ad hoc reports
Who is our Right Fit
- Higher diploma holder or above
- Effective communication, organized and detail-minded
- Ability to work fast, independently & proactively
- Good command of spoken and written in English, Mandarin and Cantonese
- Good Computer skills in Microsoft Office & SAP system is preferred
- Advanced Microsoft Excel / Access / PowerPoint skill
- Immediate available is highly preferred
- 1-2 years of relevant working experience in supply chain analysis/management
- Fresh graduates are also welcome
