Job Responsibilities:
. Handle sales and customer relationship management
. Watch bracelet and strap adjustemnt and perform minor product handling (related experience preferred)
. Maintain & update website & ERP data and product information
. Check and verify time piece and documents/forms to ensure accuracy
. Provide excellent customer service and follow up with clients
. Work collaboratively with the team to achieve sales targets
Job Requirements:
. Responsible, proactive, can work under pressure and detail-oriented
. Strong teamwork and communication skills
. Ability to work independently and take initiative
. Experience in watch strap adjustment and inspection and checking is a plus
Salary & Benefits:
. Salary: $18,000 – $25,000+ per month (depending on profile & experience)
. Commission scheme available after probation
