Responsibilities:
Provide quality customer service through counter transactions.
Establish and cultivate relationships with customers to identify opportunities for cross-selling bank products and services.
Assist customers with inquiries and provide information on banking services.
Requirements:
Post-secondary education or above, with a minimum of 1 year of counter service or customer service experience.
Detail-oriented with a strong sense of customer service and excellent communication skills.
Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
