Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming calls from CS hotline in a profeesional manner, answer enquiries received by phone, email and other media channels
- Confirm appointments and handle enquiries or complaints with good communication skill and professional manner
- Deliver good customer service to meet customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- F.5 or above
- Minimum 1 year customer services oriented experience
- General medical knowledge or clinic experience is preferred
- Fluent in Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Good communication skills
- Proactive and a team player
- Ability to handle multi-task independently
