生產部副經理
Production Assistant Manager
Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations to maintain production capacity while ensuring food quality and safety consistently
Review and enhance the production processes; process improvement projects to enhance productivity and operation
Coordinate and draft production plan with PPMC department
Provide production data and prepare relevant reports
Coordinate with engineering department to arrange preventive maintenance for production machines
Requirements:
Secondary or tertiary educated
3 years or above of relevant experience, preferably in food manufacturing field
Basic knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Knowledge of ISO22000, GMP and HACCP
*Working Location: Tai Po Industrial Estate
*Free duty meals & shuttle bus service in different districts will be provided
主要職責：
管理及維持生產線之日常運作，以確保良好食品品質及安全
檢視及改善現有生產流程；規劃及推行相關優化計劃以提升整體生產力
與生產策劃部門協調及規劃生產計劃
提供生產數據及撰寫有關生產之報告
指導及培訓新員工安全地使用生產機器
協調工程部人員為生產機器安排預防性保養
處理上司指派的其他工作
職位要求：
中學或大專程度
3年或以上生產管理相關之經驗, 與食品生產相關經驗更佳
有基本電腦操作知識, 懂中文打字, 熟悉Microsoft Office之應用(Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
對ISO22000, GMP and HACCP 有相關知識
