Administrator (Fresh graduate would be considered)

Responsibilities

  • Quotations Preparation for internal and external customers
  • Prepare, service reports, invoice, billing and necessary documents
  • Handle and process internal/external customers' inquiries to ensure all requests are followed timely and thoroughly
  • Support equipment inventory related activities
  • Provide all rounded administrative support to the team to ensure smooth operation
  • Provide helpdesk and remote IT support if necessary
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements

  • Secondary education or above with at least 1 year administration experience
  • Fresh Graduates are also welcome
  • Candidate with IT background is an advantage
  • Pleasant, polite and good telephone manner and communication skill
  • Detail-oriented and Self-motivated with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Good time management and sense of escalation
  • Interested or willing to learn the IT technical skills
  • Able to handle multi-tasks and work independently
  • Able to work under pressure and good team player;
  • Proficient in MS Word, Excel & PowerPoint etc.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Fluency in Cantonese
  • Immediately available is preferred

Working Location:

  • Central/ Chek Lap Kok

Work Hour:

  • 9 am – 6pm, Monday - Friday
