Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Retail Operation Assistant to join our team. This position is entry-level, and no prior experience is required. The ideal candidate will be familiar with Excel and capable of multitasking in a fast-paced retail environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with daily retail operations and ensure smooth store activities
• Manage inventory, stock levels, and merchandise displays
• Perform data entry and maintain accurate records using Excel
• Provide exceptional customer service and support
• Handle multiple tasks efficiently and meet deadlines
• Collaborate with the team to improve operational processes
Requirements:
• No previous experience required
• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Powerpoint
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
