Responsibilities:
- Oversee the service and support of IT equipment for the venue's information technology operations, including diagnosing and resolving hardware-related issues.
- Manage the unpacking, installation, disassembly, packing, and post-event recovery of IT equipment.
- Report directly to the IT Manager regarding operational updates and issues.
Requirements:
- Associate degree or higher, with a preference for majors in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related fields.
- Fluency in Cantonese for communication is preferred.
- Minimum of 4 years of relevant work experience, including at least 2 years of on-site customer service experience.
- Proven team management experience, with the ability to lead an IT equipment team to efficiently complete daily tasks.
- Proficiency in configuring, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT hardware equipment, along with knowledge of networking and related troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to respond quickly to user needs and deliver high-quality service.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to perform effectively under high-pressure working environments.
- Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration skills.
