Responsibilities:
- Supervise the department to achieve company strategies and formulate an annual purchasing plan for the Company
- Sourcing and select F&B products and suppliers
- Analyse market supply and trends, and explore new sourcing and keep on-going evaluating existing supplier’s performance
- Establish and maintain effective margin and price control which identify cost reduction opportunities
- Review, develop and implement the procurement policy, procedure and controlling the system for Company purchasing activities;
- Work proactively with other departments for purchase order management
- Other Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Professional Diploma or Degree in Purchasing , Supply Chain Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 2-3 years solid experience in purchasing or sourcing in F&B field (lesser experience will also be considered)
- Familiar with Southeast Asia Market is advantage
- Good command in both written and spoken English and Chinese
