Responsibilities:
• Provide administrative & clerical support to HRA Department
• Perform clerical & accounting support for the accounting team
• Perform IT supporting for the IT department
• Ensure proper filing records on timely basis
• Assistant in company events
• Necessary to outgoing to Bank / Governement department if needed
• Handle all data with the utmost confidentiality and integrity
• Ad-hoc assignment
Requirements:
• DSE or above, fresh graduates are also welcomed
• Good command in spoken and written English and Mandarin
• Good in MS Office suite, English & Chinese typing
• Have accounting knowledge will be an adventage
• Good telephone manner with strong communication skills
• Self-motivated, able to work independently & a good team player
• Immediate available is highly preferred
