Major Responsibilities:
- Support compensation and benefits activities, including but not limited to staff onboarding, performance appraisal, taxation, MPF, staff engagement events, and etc.
- Maintain and update personnel record in HRIS.
- Help in the preparation of HR report and analysis.
- Handle ad hoc projects and perform other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements
- Flexible working hours
- 1 - 2 day(s) per week
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-minded with can-do attitude
- Proficient in MS Office and computer applications
