Requirements:
- Post secondary or above in Logistics, Supply Chain Management is an advantage
- 1 year work experience in logistics, exposure in customer service is preferred
- A good team player with strong communication & interpersonal skills
- Mature, well organized and self-motivated with strong sense of responsibility
- Able to work under pressure and willing to work overtime
- Good spoken and written English and Chinese, knowledge in Putonghua is an advantage
- Proficient with MS Office, especially in Excel
- SAP / WMS Knowledge is highly preferable
- Immediately available is preferable
- Fresh graduate will also be considered
Candidate with less experience will be considered as Logistics Executive Trainee
Responsibilities:
- Supervise a small team to fulfil warehouse distribution requirement from different customers
- Work closely with internal departments to ensure smooth daily operation
- Provide excellent customer service in resolving customer’s queries or issues
- Provide back-up support to teammates
- Ad hoc duties assigned by superior
