Responsibilities 職責:
Assist the property manager in managing mall, commercial buildings, and carpark
協助物業經理管理商場、商業建築及停車場
Make sure building facilities and equipment are in good conditions daily
確保商廈設施和設備之日常運作
Handle enquiries and complaints from tenants and customers in a professional manner
提供專業方式處理租戶和顧客的詢問和投訴
Monitor work quality and performance of all service contractors including cleaning, security, repair & maintenance
監控所有服務承包商的工作品質和績效,包括清潔、安全、維修和維護
Prepare letter, memo and monthly reports
準備信函、備忘錄和每月報告
Coordinate with internal and external parties as well as government departments
與內部和外部各方以及政府部門進行協調
Other ad-hoc duties assigned including working at other sites and car parks
執行物業經理指派的臨時任務,包括在其他地點和停車場工作
Requirements要求:
Higher Diploma / Associate Diploma or above
高級文憑或以上程度
Minimum of 2 years’ relevant experience with managing sizable shopping mall and carpark is preferred
有至少 2 年管理大型購物中心和停車場的相關經驗者優先
Qualified for PMP (Tier 2) License
持有 PMP (Tier 2) 執照
Driving License is preferred
有駕駛執照者優先
Customer-oriented and with good communication skills
具備良好的溝通能力
Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
有良好的中英文書寫及口說能力
Hands on PC skills including MS Word, Excel and Power Point etc
熟練電腦技能,包括 MS Word、Excel 和 Power Point 等
Immediate available is preferred
