Responsibilities:
- Responsible for routine maintenance of H.V. & L.V. electrical distribution switchboards in commercial buildings
- Supervising and monitoring Periodic Inspection, Testing and Certification (PITC) for Fixed Electrical Installations works (WR2) of H.V. & L.V. electrical system
- Handle daily minor electrical system repair and maintenance work; cleaning and minor maintenance of A/C split-type units for Main Switch Room.
- Shift duty is required
- Perform ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering/ Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- At least 7 years relevant experience in operation and maintenance of electrical systems
- Exposure to commercial buildings is an advantage.
- Vaild Green Card and REW A0 are required; B0 or H0 would be a plus.
- Good team player and proactive
職責：
- 負責商業大廈高低壓電力配電開關板的日常維修保養及運作
- 監督和監控高低壓電力系統的大廈電力裝置定期檢查及保養工程（WR2）
- 處理日常的小型電力系統維修保養工作；清潔和維修保養空調分體機
- 需輪班工作
- 執行臨時分配的其他職責
要求：
- 具屋宇設備工程/電機工程文憑或以上或同等學歷
- 至少7年相關系統操作及維修保養相關經驗
- 如有商廈維修保養經驗將獲優先考慮
- 需持有效平安咭卡及電工A牌; 持有電工B牌或 H牌將獲優先考慮
- 良好的團隊合作精神和積極主動的精神
