- Develop cross-border marketing strategies by analyzing economic trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics in the Greater Bay Area.
- Execute integrated marketing campaigns (online/offline) to increase market share and brand visibility.
- Build and maintain client relationships across Hong Kong and the Greater Bay Area, representing the company at industry expos, trade fairs, and business forums.
- Conduct market research, generate short-/long-term forecasts, and interpret data to drive decision-making.
- Manage annual marketing budgets, monitor expenditure efficiency, and propose optimization strategies.
- Lead and mentor a marketing team, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluation.
- Travel regularly (2-3 days/week) to key Greater Bay Area cities (e.g., Shenzhen, Guangzhou) for client meetings and business development.
