工作職責:
- 負責招聘、入職流程、管理員工假期及考勤、計算員工薪酬及福利、處理強積金供款等多項人事相關事務
- 整理人事工作相關數據及提交工作報告
- 支援日常辦公室行政工作,包括維護辦公設備及補充辦公用品等
- 其他上級交付的工作
Responsibilities:
- Perform the full spectrum of human resources functions including but not limited to recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits and internal communications
- Preparing HR reports for management review
- Responsible for general administrative duties and office support including procurement and maintenance of office equipment / facilities, replenishment of office supplies
- Assist in ad-hoc project as assigned by supervisor
職位要求:
- 大學或以上學歷 (人力資源管理專業優先)
- 具備2年或以上人力資源管理工作經驗者優先考慮
- 良好中(粵語及普通話)、英文書寫及溝通能力
- 熟悉香港勞工法例、強積金制度等人事工作相關知識
- 良好溝通技巧、有責任心、工作細心
- 熟練使用辦公軟件(如: Microsoft Office Word、Excel、PowerPoint等)
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management or related disciplines
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience in human resources management
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
- Knowledge about Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, MPF and other related ordinance
- Good communication skills, strong sense of responsibility
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
工作地點: 牛頭角 (鄰近牛頭角地鐵站)
工作時間: 星期一至星期五 09:00-18:00 (銀行假期)
月薪: $25,000-$35,000 (可議)
