Duties:
1) To provide general customer service and office administration support for the museum's MuseKids membershipscheme (for children aged 3-12 with over 20,000 accounts). Tasks include data input, regular updating and management of MuseKids membership accounts
2) To assist in answering enquiry from MuseKids members and applicants
3) To assist in processing applications and coordinate the production of membership cards
4) To assist in the preparation, mailing and distribution of promotional and marketing materials and birthday gifts to MuseKids
5) To assist in the organisation and publicity of the Museum's programmes
6) To host activities for children and the general public
7) To assist in collecting participants' feedback and compiling the data for review
Qualification:
1) Be a permanent resident of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region
2) Holder of higher diploma or above from a Hong Kong tertiary institute, or equivalent
3) Major in English, Chinese Arts & Cultural Management or Design. is preferable
4) At least 12-months of full-time working experience
5) With working experience in customer service and event management in museum/ cultural venue or activities for customers is preferred
6) Good command of oral and written Chinese and English
7) Good telephone manner and friendly with children
8) Good computer skills in MS Word, Excel and Power Point
9) Familiar with photo-editing and video-editing software and basic graphic design software is preferable
10) Fast and accurate typing skills, both Chinese and English, is preferable; and Able to work independently with patience and willing to take up responsibility.
Place of work: Hong Kong Heritage Museum
Working Hours: 9:30am to 18:30pm inclusive of an hour lunch break, Mon to Fri
Salary: $80 - $90 per hour, start from July 2024 (18 months contract)
