[Banking Counter] Customer Services/ Teller 20-25K, 5 days work
Location: Hong Kong/ Kowloon/ New Territories/ Kwai Chung
We are seeking Teller/ Counter Service Representatives (Non-Sales). You will perform general clerical support to ensure smooth daily operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver professional and efficient counter services to customers.
Build and maintain good relationships with customers to enhance referral opportunities.
Provide general clerical support to facilitate daily operations within the branch.
Requirements:
HKCEE / HKDSE with at least 5 subjects at Grade E / Level 2 or above, including Chinese, English, and Mathematics.
Proactive attitude, eager to learn, and able to work under pressure.
Attention to detail with strong communication and organizational skills.
Pleasant demeanor with a customer-oriented approach.
Proficient in Chinese word processing and MS Office Suite.
Possession of HKSI and IIQE qualifications is an advantage.
