Handle recruitment, hiring, payroll, training, and staff supervision.
Finance: Assist in budgeting, accounts, and financial reporting.
IT & Marketing: Update website and social media.
Handle patient follow-ups and complaints.
Respond to emergencies (fire, theft, outbreaks).
Assist MD with travel, events, and admin tasks.
Requirements:
Degree in Business or related field.
3+ years in office management, HR, or operations.
Strong organization, communication, and multitasking skills.
Proficient in MS Office, accounting software, and social media.
Proactive, discreet, and able to handle pressure.
