Key Responsibilities:
- Handle end-to-end recruitment coordination (postings, interviews, onboarding).
- Maintain accurate employee records (attendance, leaves, payroll support).
- Assist in HR policies/procedures implementation and staff queries.
- Support C&B tasks (MPF, tax filings, insurance renewals).
- Organize employee engagement activities.
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in HRM, Business, or related field.
- 1-2 years’ solid HR experience (full-time, any industry).
- Familiar with HK Employment Ordinance and HRIS tools.
- Proficient in English & Cantonese (written/spoken).
