Responsibilities
- Assist in handling full spectrum of professional HR services, including recruitment, administration of compensation and benefits, training & development, performance management and employee relations, etc.
- Act as a gatekeeper to monitor and maintain personnel databases and filing records.
- Assist in formulating and enhancing all HR policies & procedures and participate in other ad-hoc projects.
- Prepare analytical reports related to HR and administration.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
- Minimum of 2 years of solid experience in handling various HR functions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well within a team.
- Independent, mature, self-motivated, and well-organized.
- Immediate availability is preferred.
