Responsibilities:
- Handle customer enquiries and hotel reservations
- Follow up customer orders and ensure all bookings information are updated in system accurately
- Prepare reports as requested
- Perform other duties as assigned by Supervisor / Department Head
Requirements:
- F.5 / Certificate / Diploma / Degree in Hospitality Management or related disciplines
- Good command of spoken and written English and Mandarin
- 1-2 years of hotel reservation experience
- Knowledge of Opera system is preferable
