Responsibilities
- Be responsible for the day to day operations for café, bar lounge and banquet
- Lead, supervise and train the team to deliver high-quality customer services
- Assist to plan and develop business plans and strategies to enhance outlets sales and profitability
- Assist to manage staff overall development and deliver high quality customer service training to the team
- Assist in other ad hoc projects as assigned
Requirements
- F.5 or above, Diploma in Hospitality and Catering or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in hospitality and F&B field, of which 1 years at supervisory level
- Good supervisory and people management skills, highly customer-oriented
- Competent in English and Mandarin both spoken and written
