Racing Marketing/ Racing Event Marketing & Sponsorship
You will:
• Provide excellent customer service and uphold positive relationships with our members, guests, and internal management team.
• Assist in presenting trophies, cups, and other arrangements during race days and Club events.
• Coordinate routine operational matters on race days.
• Perform any additional duties and ad hoc projects as assigned.
You should have:
• A tertiary education.
• A minimum of two years of work experience in hospitality or retail operations, particularly within the hotel, airline, or luxury brand sectors, which will be an advantage.
• A customer-centric attitude with excellent interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a focus on precision and thoroughness.
• Availability to work on holidays or weekdays for race days and Club events.
• Fluency in Cantonese and spoken English is a must; a good command of Putonghua is an advantage.
Working Hours:
• from 1000 - 1900 during day race (Sat/ Sun) and 1700-2300 during night race (Wed)
(*Actual working hours will be subject to operational needs)

- Shatin Racecourse
- Happy Valley Racecourse
Hourly Pay:
$225/hour
