The Department
Our Property Department commits to provide integrated, customer-centric, sustainable and cost-effective asset management, development management, project management and facilities management services to the key Business Units in the Club.
The Job
You will:
• Provide general administrative support to Property Facilities Management Corporate Operations team.
• Provide procurement and finance administrative support, including raising Purchase Requisitions, following up on Purchase Order opening/closing status, maintaining procurement & financial records, preparing Goods Received Notes, arranging payment etc
• Support the team with all-round office administration, including but not limited to maintain office supplies.
About You
You should have:
• Diploma or associate degree in business administration
• A minimum of 2 years relevant work experience, preferably in facility management, property management or hospitality industry
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Chinese
• Hands-on experience in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel and Chinese and English Word Processing
Working hours:
• We operate on weekdays (Monday to Friday) with working hours from 10:00 to 15:00 or 16:00.
• Part-time staff are required to work at least 2-3 days per week.
