About Your Role:
As a Wealth Management Manager, you will:
Enhance our members' customer experience and foster enduring relationships.
Participate in marketing initiatives, including face-to-face sales and roadshows.
Provide comprehensive after-sales services, including policy confirmation and up-/cross-selling of insurance products.
Meet and exceed sales targets.
Address customer engagement projects and resolve client issues promptly and professionally.
Oversee inquiries and enrollments from our Online-to-Offline (O2O) platform.

Work Hours & Location:
Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend and public holiday work based on business needs.
Mei Foo (conveniently located near the MTR station).
About You:
2 to 3 years of experience in relationship management, sales, or customer service. Tied agent experience is a plus.
Passed IIQE Paper I, II & III.
A collaborative team member with excellent interpersonal skills.
Proficient in both English and Chinese, with strong written and verbal communication abilities.
