Your role:
Handle inbound and written inquiries from customers such as policy application status, product information, claims issues, etc.
Work closely with internal and external parties to ensure timely and professional service to customers
Handle and resolve the problem cases independently
Conduct administrative works and customer services support, including after-sales service, data input, documentations, etc.
Contribute to UAT related to new projects, system enhancement or production problem fixing
Ensure smooth operations and achieve satisfactory rating by meeting all control and service requirements
Perform any ad hoc tasks as assigned
Requirements:
Higher diploma / Associate Degree or above in any disciplines
Passed IIQE Paper 1,3 is a must (Paper 2 will be an advantage)
At least 2 years' working experience at customer services / insurance industry
Fresh graduate with IIQE certificate will also be considered
