要求:
1. 中四程度
職責:
1. 分發內部傳真和電子郵件信件、清理托盤並將文件/檔案分類、緊急遞送文件、為影印機添紙、影印、掃描和裝訂文件
2. 搬遷家具及設備、檔案及其他雜項物品,並向物料供應組索取每月存貨
3. 執行與廁所和茶水間有關的一般職務,在辦公時間前後鎖門/開鎖和開關燈
4. 協助當值接待櫃台,回答一般查詢,接待訪客,並指引他們到適當的人員
5. 為會議提供茶水服務,為飲水機中的蒸餾水瓶加水
Requirements:
1. Completed Secondary 4
Responsibilities:
1. To distribute in-corning fax and e-mail correspondence to relevant officers, clear in/out trays and sort documents/files into pigeon holes, provide urgent by-hand delivery of documents, refill paper into photocopiers and printers, photocopy, scan and bind documents
2. To relocate furniture and equipment, files and other miscellaneous items, and to obtain monthly stock from Supplies Section;
3. To perform general duties related to toilets and pantries, lock/unlock doors and switch on/off lights before and after office hours;
4. To assist in manning the reception counter, answering general enquiries, receiving visitors, and directing of escorting them to appropriate officers;
5. To provide tea service for internal and external meetings, refill distilled water bottles in water dispensers
