要求:
1. HKDSE/HKCEE:5科 Lv2/E (包括中文及英文)
2. 一年文職工作經驗;有酒店業或客戶服務業 (e.g. 酒店、主題公園、機場或航空公司乘客服務) 經驗者優先
3. 懂中英文打字及常見商業軟體 e.g. MS Word, Excel
職責:
1. 在客戶服務櫃檯及辦公室提供駕駛執照服務及車輛登記和發牌服務
2. 擬備與駕駛執照服務、車輛登記及發牌服務有關的簡單登記冊、報告、文件及函件
3. 在候車大堂查核及記錄申請人有關駕駛執照及車輛登記及發牌的申請表
4. 處理市民對駕駛執照服務及車輛登記和領牌服務的查詢及投訴
5. 收取或派送文件或物品
6. 協助搬運家具、存貨、設備、文件或其他物品
Requirements:
1. HKDSE/ HKCEE Level 2 or above in 5 subjects (including Chinese & English)
2. At least 1 year clerical working experience. Experience in the hospitality industry or customer service industry (e.g. hotels, theme parks, airport or airline passenger services) is preferred
3. Conversant with English and Chinese typing; and common business applications e.g. MS Word, Excel
Responsibilities:
1. To provide driving licensing services and vehicle registration and licensing services at customer service counters & backend office
2. To prepare simple registers, reports, documents and correspondences relating to driving licensing services and vehicle registration and licensing services
3. To check and record applicant's application form(s) in relation to driving licensing and vehicle registration and licensing at the waiting hall
4. To handle enquiries and complaints from the public relating to driving licensing services and vehicle registration and licensing services
5. To collect or dispatch documents or items as instructed to or from any locations inside or outside the Office
6. To assist in moving furniture, stocks, equipment, documents or other items in the Office
