要求：
1. 香港工程師學會（土木界別）法定會員，或同等資格
2. HKDSE/HKCEE 中文及英文Lv 2 /E 或以上優先
3. 具備土木工程項目管理及建築信息模擬(BIM)知識及經驗者優先
職責：
1. 建立建築信息模擬(BIM)共用數據協作平台的核心功能
2. 探討及建立使用開放格式的建築信息模擬模型，將資產信息模型轉換為地理信息系統的格式
3. 優化以本地及開放格式建立資產信息模型的指引，以便網上資產管理平台順利整合4. 監察各方向路政署移交自動化資產管理資料的過程
5. 緊貼本地及國際在資產管理方面的最新 BIM 技術發展
6. 監察路政署項目的 BIM 使用情況，並提供技術意見
7. 協調及出席與 BIM 有關的各類會議及審核
Requirements:
1. Corporate Membership of the Hong Kong Institution of Engineers (Civil Discipline), or equivalent
2. HKDSE/HKCEE Chinese & English Level 2/ Grade E or above preferable
3. Knowledge of and possession of experience in civil engineering project management and Building Information Modelling (BIM) will be advantageous.
Responsibilities:
1. To establish core function of Building Information Modelling (BIM) Common Data Collaboration Platform
2. To explore and establish the use of open format of BIM model for conversion of Asset Information Model (AIM) into Geographical Information System format for upkeep in the web-based asset management platform
3. To enhance the guidelines on building AIMs in native and open formats for smooth integration with the web-based asset management platform
4. To monitor the handover process of AIMs from various parties
5. To keep abreast of the local and international development of the latest BIM technology in asset management;
6. To monitor BIM uses and provide technical advices in projects
7. To coordinate, provide support and attend various meetings and audits in relation to the BIM adoption
