2. 具備政府或招募工作經驗者優先
3. 熟悉MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint 及中文打字優先
職責:
1. 協助處理與招募和聘任有關的事宜 (如審核申請、擔任招聘委員會的接待員、安排面試/測試、提供現場支援等)
2. 一般文書和後勤支援服務 (如編制申報表等)
Requirements:
1. F.5
2. Preferably with experience in government/recruitment
3. Preferably proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing
Responsibilities:
1. To assist in handling recruitment and appointment-related matters (e.g. vetting of applications, serving as a receptionist of recruitment boards, arranging for conduct of interview/tests, on-site support etc.)
2. General clerical and logistical support (e.g. compilation of returns)
