要求:
1. 學士學位(市場學、傳播、公共關係或新聞學)
2. 5 年工作經驗,包括至少 2 年在大型企業/非政府組織/公關公司/政府部門關於數碼市場推廣、活動管理、企業傳訊、公共關係或媒體管理的主管級工作經驗。對青少年興趣的最新趨勢有良好認識,並具備為青少年制訂及推行活動的經驗,特別是在禁毒方面,將獲優先考慮
3. HKDSE/HKCEE:中文及英文Lv2/E以上 (接受CRE Lv1)
4. 對政府行政工作及採購工作有良好認識更佳
職責:
1. 協助監察香港賽馬會藥物資訊天地日常營運和管理所聘用的服務承辦商,包括與資訊天地的營運夥伴和網站承辦商聯絡、展品內容更新和管理、網站、設備和設施維修保養、宣傳等
2. 協助處理與資訊天地有關的維修保養和其他採購合約的招標和採購工作
3. 與社區組織(例如大專院校、非政府機構等) 聯絡,以推動各界參與禁毒工作
4. 協助策劃和推行禁毒宣傳及品牌推廣活動,特別是與禁毒常務委員會 60 周年紀念有關的活動
5. 在現任高級宣傳經理缺勤時,代理其職務
Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree from a Hong Kong university, or equivalent, in marketing, communications, public relations or journalism
2. 5 years of post-qualification work experience, including 2 year's work experience at supervisory level in digital marketing, event management, corporate communications, public relations or media management in sizeable corporations, non-governmental organisations, public relations agencies, government departments or statutory bodies. Good knowledge of the latest trends of the youth's interests and experience in formulating and implementing activities and events for the youth, especially on anti-drug front, will be an advantage;
3. HKDSE/HKCEE: Chinese & English Lv2/E (CRE Lv1 acceptable)
4. having a good understanding of the administrative work and procurement exercises of the Government will be an advantage
Responsibilities:
1. to assist in the monitoring of the performance and service delivery of the service contractor engaged for daily operation and management of the Hong Kong Jockey Club Drug InfoCentre (DIC), including liaison with the DIC operating partner and DIC website contractor, content update and management of the exhibits, DIC website, equipment and facilities maintenance, publicity, etc.;
2. to assist in handling the tendering and procurement exercises for maintenance and other procurement contracts in relation to the DIC;
3. to promote engagement and participation in anti-drug work through liaising with community organisations for collaboration, such as tertiary institutes, non-governmental organisations, etc.;
4. to assist in the planning and implementation of anti-drug publicity and branding initiatives, particularly in relation to the 60th Anniversary of Action Committee Against Narcotics, when necessary;
5. to stand in as the Senior Publicity Manager during the absence of the incumbent
