要求:
1. 大學學位,藝術行政優先
2. 5 年全職工作經驗,其中至少 3 年在香港的表演藝術場地/博物館/會展擔任節目管理/場地管理的經驗;對建築物管理、表演場地及舞台運作有認識者優先
3. 精通 MS Word、Excel、PowerPoint 及中文文字處理
職責:
1. 為所有租用者的活動及宴會向有關員工發出指示
2. 與大會堂租用者聯絡,以提供相關服務
3. 與大會堂後台團隊協調,為所有租用者的活動提供專業舞台服務
4. 擔任大會堂的當值經理,確保租用條款及細則得到適當的遵守及執行
5. 在節目期間管理前台團隊,確保所有租用者的活動及宴會妥善進行
6. 為前廳團隊準備指示,使大會堂場地運作暢順
Requirement:
1. Bachelor’s Degree, preferably Arts Administration
2. 5 years of post-qualification full-time working experience, of which having at least 3 years of working experience of programme management and/or venue management in performance arts venue, museums or international conference and exhibition centres in Hong Kong, with knowledge in building management, performing venue and stage operation would be an advantage.
3. Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese word processing.
Responsibilities:
1. To prepare instruction to relevant staff for all hirers' event and functions
2. To liaise with hirers of the Town Hall in provision of related services
3. To co-ordinate with backstage team of the Town Hall in provision of professional stage services to all hirers' events and functions
4. To act as Duty Manager of the Town Hall and make sure the Terms & Conditions of Hire are properly observed and performed
5. To manage the Front-of-House team during programmes to ensure proper running of all hirer's events and functions
6. To prepare instruction to the Front-of-House team for the smooth venue operation of the Town Hall
